Boil 1 pint of milk. When boiling, do not let it boil. Boil for a long time. Don’t let it get sticky.

Once you have the yogurt, you can use the old yogurt as a sourdough for the next yogurt. The proportion is 1 pint of milk and 1 tablespoon of sour cream (seasoning spoon). If it becomes yogurt, you can keep it in the refrigerator for a long time.
